AT THE NOSE
The nose is very expressive. It opens with notes of citrus and exotic fruits such as pineapple and mango.
IN THE MOUTH
The palate is persistent, with freshness and acidity interspersed in balance. You'll also find exotic and yellow fruits on the palate.
GOURMET PAIRINGS
This wine is a perfect accompaniment to gourmet meals based on Provencal products, such as baked sea bream or salmon tartar. For gourmets, it goes very well with a vanilla vacherin or a raspberry charlotte.
