AT THE NOSE
The nose is spicy thanks to the syrah, with notes of liquorice and cinnamon.
IN THE MOUTH
Palate: Balanced, the freshness of the nose is combined with length, roundness and tannins, which are young but suggest good ageing potential of three to five years.
GOURMET PAIRINGS
This wine goes well with red meats, game or mature cheeses. As well as foie gras terrine, baked leg of lamb, fillet of beef with morel cream, or duck breast with honey.
