AT THE NOSE
The nose is very expressive with notes of spices, pepper and cinnamon, followed by black fruit and mellow tannins.
IN THE MOUTH
The palate is long and persistent with spicy notes.

This wine is the perfect accompaniment to red meats in sauce and stews. It also goes well with blue-veined cheeses such as Fourme d'Ambert, Bleu or Roquefort.
