VISUAL ASPECT
The colour is light pink with hints of peach.
AT THE NOSE
The nose is very expressive. It opens with notes of citrus, raspberry and tagada strawberry.
IN THE MOUTH
The palate is full-bodied with notes of red fruit. Fatness and acidity will accompany you throughout the tasting.
GOURMET PAIRINGS
This wine is a perfect accompaniment to aperitifs based on Provencal products, such as black tapenade or anchoïade. For gourmets, it goes very well with cherry or rhubarb clafoutis.
